Introduction
Zhang Hui used to be an elder in a Chinese house church. He was always an enthusiastic seeker, and was waiting for the coming of the Lord. In recent years, he watched the church gradually fall into desolation.
His own spirit also withered and he had nothing to preach about. On top of that, his wife passed away suddenly, which was a tremendous blow for him. He met two witnesses from The Church of Almighty God in a chance encounter. Through reading Almighty God's words, his thirsty spirit received watering and sustenance and he was able to savor the sweetness of the work of the Holy Spirit. He concluded that Almighty God is the return of the Lord Jesus and accepted Almighty God's work in the last days. But when the pastor and co-workers from his church learn that he believes in Almighty God, they do everything in their power to hinder and disrupt him. When their attempts to use status and money to tempt Zhang Hui are unsuccessful, they resort to exploiting his son's wedding to force him to give up the true way.
